Abstract

The development of technology greatly affects the performance of employees of PT. Kasoem Pioner Optik Jakarta is therefore necessary to provide training and workshops so that employees in carrying out their work have confidence and professionalism. From the results of this training and workshop, it is hoped that they will have competencies which are expertise in the world of optics. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of training and competence on employee performance through the provision of incentives. The research data was obtained from distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Kasoem Pioner Optik, who were in the Jakarta area and then processed through data processing methods with SEM SmartPLS devices. The sample in this study amounted to 100 employees using the Proportionate stratified Random Sampling method. The results of the study stated that 1) Training had a positive and significant effect on Incentives, 2) Competence had a positive and significant effect on Incentives, 3) Training had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 4) Competence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 5) Incentives had an effect on and not significant to employee performance
